Confidence & Curl Defining Solutionist, Sherbert Ratliff and her husband own LIMITLESS Naturals Salon; A Luxe, Solutions-based Salon located in the heart of Memphis, TN that helps high-performing leaders with textured hair define and rock their natural curls with confidence; serving them in the salon, educating them on how to recreate texture they love and supporting them between salon visits!

When Sherbert was about eight years old, she and her older sister were groomed by their mom to watch the stylists who served their mom at the salon and local beauty school. During some summers, Sherbert’s aunt began teaching her some hair styling skills as well. Sherbert’s mom wanted them to learn as many skills possible. Sherbert’s mom also taught her and her sister other cut and styling skills, and allowed them to practice those skills on her.

Through youth and adulthood, Sherbert became more and more interested in hair: attending hair shows and any classes she could to learn skills needed to serve clients with an array of different hair textures. She has recognized that her talents, the way she is able to accomplish any hairstyle or goal and the sincere detail she applies in every area of her career and life was (and is) All God!

Over the course of almost three decades, Sherbert has established trainings from Redken, DevaCurl, Design Essentials, Avlon, and Inspiring Champions, to name a few. She has also traveled and taught on stages for hair care brands, and has been invited to New York Fashion Week to be one of the Hairstylist of the only African American Hairstyling Team for 2025!

When giving back to her community, what Sherbert enjoys most is sharing her personal experiences and beauty business expertise with Cosmetology students, female youth groups and Professionals in the Beauty Industry.

Some of the topics she speaks about are Hair Balancing Salon Treatments and Home Regimens for Different Textures and Types of Curls Coils and Kinks, Exceeding Guest Expectations, Easy Skin and Nail Care, Building One’s Confidence Personally and Professionally, and How To Successfully Present Yourself Personally and Professionally; Attire and Grooming, to name a few.

Sherbert and her husband Sherman have been married for 19 years, and have two adult children; a son in his sophomore year of college and his older sister who currently resides in New Jersey.

LIMITLESS Texture Taming Treatment

Est. Duration - 2.5 hrs

Great for curlies and silk press ladies, this ultimate smoothing treatment reduces frizz, shrinkage, styling and drying time. Added benefits are curl elongation (stretches curls), more shine, longer lasting defined curls and reduced frizz for at-home coils and twist-outs.

This treatment also strengthens the tresses with amino acids, promoting length retention by smoothing the hair's cuticle to reduce breakage and locks in moisture.

This service balances protein and moisture to reduce breakage and increase moisture retention in natural textured hair. Reduces some frizz. Also works great for the beginning stages of transitioning from relaxer to natural and compliments our hair color services.

Includes our signature Curl-Defined Styling.

*Scalp Detox + Hydration Treatment

Est. Duration- 40min

This treatment frees the scalp and hair follicles of product buildup and bacteria, reduces dry scalp and/or itchiness, allows for balanced hydration to the hair and scalp and increases blood circlation within the scalp, promoting better hair growth.
